Refund Policy

We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel a booked session, you must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be eligible for a 75% refund of the session fee. No-shows without prior notice are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
